The course will discuss the 22 energies that make up our psychophysical matrix.
These shape character, behavior, thinking – the direction of thoughts and beliefs.
Thinking or Ego – the personality – is the matrix (program) that can work automatically and shape our destiny.
By becoming consciously aware of our innate psycho-physical tendencies, we begin to create ourselves and our lives in a conscious and creative way. Either we are hostages or prisoners of the matrix, or the matrix becomes our protection.
Every energy that manifests in us can be realised both positively and negatively, with corresponding consequences.
The analysis of the psycho-physical matrix helps us to become aware of our own innate nature and to influence, correct, transform and not to pass on to our children our negative thinking and behaviour (negative karma).
Each energy has a mandala expression. By drawing and coloring mandalas we harmonise and adjust all energies inside and outside ourselves.
Each energy can be strengthened and activated through meditations – visualizations.
Directed meditation strongly influences neuronal connections and the production of happiness hormones. By meditating on a particular energy, we integrate it into the totality of our personality and, at the same time, into our external reality.
